Launch and monthly payments
The $600 one-time launch payment is separate from monthly trivia service. It covers onboarding, the venue landing page, calendar and event listings, promotional materials and the advertising launch.
Monthly service starts on the first event date. Supported DIY is $600/month; fully hosted service is $1,800/month where available. One weekly event is included, including a fifth weekly event when it falls in the month.
The venue service agreement is month-to-month, with no minimum term or cancellation fee. Written cancellation requires at least 72 hours’ notice before billing, and service ends at the close of the paid period. Processed payments are not automatically refundable.
